Dave and Airin, a local couple, first considered buying Big O Tires Westbank in late 2019. Then COVID hit and both the previous owner and Dave and Airin stepped back In October 2020, the two parties revisited the sale.

Dave has experience fixing semi-trucks and heavy equipment, which is serving him well at Big O. He’s apprenticing under Big O mechanics to officially become a journeyman mechanic and is also spending time at the front desk to help customers.“It’s all about customer service and quality of service. We make sure it’s done right every time. That’s what sets us apart.

 

Geoff has 15 years of experience in the automotive trade, which is why we trust him to provide the utmost care when it comes to our clients. Geoff often combines his love of cars and his experience with customer service to help educate our customers.


This local Kelowna racer is often at the Penticton Raceway to race in the stock car competitions.

Michael has a large tool belt stocked with many skills that are one of a kind! In 2019, this local Kelowna technician received his Level 3 Jaguar and Land Rover Factory Train Service Certification. This helps to solidify his enjoyment of a job well done.

When Michael isn’t in the shop, he is traveling with his family or working on classic cars.

Doni has been inside the automotive industry since 1999, and 23 years later, he is now in a Service Writer position. He has been working with his family on cars since the 1970 — which explains Doni’s has a soft spot for Chryslers. His passion for cars has helped him excel in customer service by providing exceptional customer service for his clients. You will find Doni at the track on his days off his 797hp Mopar.
